my point was the fact that YOU (4H) claimed to
have your friends over <u>all the time</u> and on
this particular evening... your roommate called
and requested that she have the place to herself.
granted, she called 10 minutes prior to coming
home... but its not fair that you always have
your friends over and she just has to deal with
it every farking day.
the fact that you find it rude to ask your friends
to leave is weird to me. i don't care if it
WAS at midnight...
i would be PISSED if i had to share a place with
someone and i couldn't have the place free from
his friends for one gd night.
i would be additionally PISSED if the only compromise
was that i had to either share the place or go
into another room because you couldn't ask them
to leave.
in my opinion, she asked a favor of you... even
if it was to come home to an empty house for
10 minutes without your friends there. you weren't
willing to give that to her. so she threw a fit.
and rightfully so....
now you can say that i'm in the wrong... thats ok.
but i don't think ANYONE here can agree with
the fact that you can't give her the place
without your friends there.
i suggested to you that you could easily have
asked your friends to carry it to another place...
maybe one of their homes... but you can't see
what i'm saying.
as i told you a thousand times... its your way
or no way. she either had to deal with your
friends being there or go to her room.
and that... just isn't fair.

yeah... i've lived in similar situations.. which
is why i have the stance that i have. i have been
on both the giving and recieving end of this
type of situation...
i suggested that 4H offer the next weekend to
his roommate... telling her that his friends
and he would go someplace else and she can have
the place to herself and her friends....
ie... compromise.
but apparently this has turned into a grotesque
powerplay and he doesn't want to 'give in'....
at any rate... i am not budging from my position.
i have offered a complimentary suggestion of
compromise and this is just ridiculous...

Couldn't girl and boyfriend have just gone and fucked real loud to make the other's in the house feel uncomfortable enough to leave... hell they wouldn't even need to actually fuck, just bang on the walls and say OO OO Whose your daddy...

the b/f isnt the peson in question in relation to staying over, he slept in her room as per norm,
my point was too that if the friend wanted to go to sleep straight away then why could he not sleep on a matress in her room?
as opposed to turning our living room into a bedroom
